Processing time:

All our Items are made by order. Therefor please allow a processing time from 10 to 15 Workdays, we try our best to deliver your purchase as quick as possible, but all our styles are made with love by beautiful artisan people, and good work will need some time.



All our orders are shipped with hermes, dhL or UPS. You will receive a tracking code with your order being shipped.


Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. :bEL is not responsible for delays due to taxes.



As all Products are made by order we only can except returns that are damaged  when unpacked, not! after using the item! If you are not sure with the cut or sizes please contact us, before placing your order via email: we are always happy to help.

Conditions of return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
